Dear Fred,

On behalf of the London School of Economics ( LSE –伦敦政治经济学院) alumni group in Shanghai, I would like to invite you as the speaker for our next gathering in late December. We would be glad to hear from you your views on finance market in China (15-20 mins speech) and I am sure that our UK alumni will be very impressed by your strong expertise and views on the finance market. For you to have more idea about our mother school (LSE –伦敦政治经济学院) which is regarded as one of the leading social science university in the world , I have enclosed the following attachment:

This will also be great occasion where I would like to introduce you to some alumni or returnees from the top universities of U.K such as LSE, Imperial colleage (帝国理工)，Cambridge and Oxford. Most of them play active roles in the financial sector in Shanghai including the Citi Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Carlyle Group, Shanghai International group and the Big 4s accounting firms such as price water house coopers. In addition to the financial stream, we also got alumni from the leading international law firms such as Lovells, consulting firms, international pharmaceutical groups such as Pfizer and Astra Zeneca and retail giant such as TESCO. Some of them are returnees to China and some of them are expatriates relocated to China.
